4 DAY FESTIVAL WEDDING WITH CAMPING & BRIDAL FARMHOUSE

First of all congratulations on your decision to finally tie the knot and secondly thank you for reviewing our rustic, riverside paradise to hold your event / wedding celebration. 

This narrative offers you a private event at Yeo Farm, TQ74DR for your dates TBA.

Our baseline deliverables are as follows:

1. Bridal Farmhouse with luxury airstream camper dates TBA sleeps 15 with private hot tub, sauna and garden, fully laundered with bedding and towels provided. 4 nights rental Thursday thru Monday.  
2. Private hire of a 8 acre fully functional riverside event campsite with 300 year oak ceremony  tree for a weekend wedding festival, with full camping facilities for up to 100 seated / 150 standing guests
3. The camp will have the following facilities 1x big hat double tipi marquee with fairy lights, dance area and band location, carpets, sofas, inside fire pit along and gathering / chill out zone. See website for further details 
4. 16 KW of power suitable for bands, live music, lights, phone / laptop plug ins
5. Covered dining safari canopy complete with top quality picnic tables and chairs
6. Covered cooking safari canopy with serving bars, professional cinders gas bbq and freezer boxes 
7. Covered bar safari canopy with bar serving table
8. Freezer boxes suitable for storing food and drink over the weekend 
9. large ringed fire pit great for acoustic gatherings at night 
10. large 10 person wood fired sauna
11. Wood fired hot tub 
12. No corkage fee is applied to your event
13. compost toilets and hand washing facility 
14. fresh drinking water 
15. Tent and camper pitches are free to guests. This includes full access to the saunas, hot tubs and wild swimming facilities..
16. Yeo farm has a supply of tables, chairs, pews, rugs, picnic tables for use during your event, however extra props, services may need to be itemised and procured by others during your planning stage. These items are provided free of charge.
17. Yeo farm will provide a dedicated car parking field so that the movement of vehicles will be separate from the campsite 
18. Yeo farm management will run the saunas, toilets, supply of wood, hot tubs, fresh water, rubbish / waste, car parking, power ‘ lighting as part of the overall campsite fee. This will ensure the smooth running of your event with Yeo farm management focussing on health, safety and most of all fun for all.
19. All hot tubs, saunas shall be cleaned and sanitised on a daily basis by Yeo farm, hot tubs shall have clean fresh water added on the start of your event.
20. Additional entertainment tents, marquees, stages may be provided by others subject to approval from Yeo farm management.
21. Outside wedding contractors may be allowed at site subject to management approval. All contractors shall be properly insured and shall follow their own safety guidelines as detailed in their QA/QC management plan.  
22. Yeo farm shall work with the wedding couple to develop the positioning of tables, rugs, pews, sofas, equipment etc on the Thursday prior to your main event on the Friday / Saturday.
23. Yeo farm shall mow and tender the camping field to the satisfaction of the bridal couple. 
24. Straw bales can be supplied at cost from a local farmer 
25. Fire wood can be supplied at cost from a local farmer
26. A £500 cleaning fee shall be added to the event cost to cover the festival clean up costs and formal disposal of waste
27. Yeo farm has full public liability insurance. 
28. To secure your wedding dates a £1000 deposit shall be taken which shall be forfeited shall you decide to cancel your event
